Started by a pharmacist who wanted more time to listen.
Amber opened in 2021. From the start, the goal was simple: build a pharmacy where every patient gets the time and attention they would want for a member of their own family.
We dispense thousands of NHS prescriptions every month, but we are just as proud of the smaller moments. The five-minute conversation that catches a problem early. The walk-in flu jab during someone's lunch break. The reassurance that comes with a familiar face.
We are GPhC regulated and supervised by our superintendent pharmacist, Dr. Jane Doe.

Dr. Jane Doe is our superintendent pharmacist and the clinical lead for everything we do. Her name is on the door, and on every clinical protocol the team follows.
Outside the pharmacy you will usually find her with a long-suffering border terrier and a stack of unread novels.
